Re: Unable to process the request

Did a ride today with both Ant+ devices but no music playing and what do you know the portal loaded the workout fine. Looks like music is causing the issue with the portal loading.

Confirmed workouts that have music give error those without do not.

I logged several workouts back to back with and without music, and the workouts that have music consistently errored out while the others did not.

I confirm that doing a sync (to computer software not wifi sync), then a factory reset, then another computer sync using "replace" setting fixed my errors and I can now view new (still not older) workouts with music.

I guess we are going with the theory that it isn't all music workouts that won't show, but it's only music workouts that won't show. I hardly do any workouts without music, so I would have to go back a ways to see if there are any non music workouts that gave me the error. I think there may have been 1, but it was 1-2 updates ago.

I have one run with music that does show (although the map is missing). However I think I might have syncd it through the computer but the rest were through wifi. So it might be the combination of music and wifi sync.

OK... after doing the factory reset as recomended and resynking the device i took a short ride on my bike using music and also a non-schedule  (quick start) after my return i allowed the device to sync via WIFI ...... and it all remains the same the workout will not display any details just the "Unable to process the request" message when cliking on the details button.

Re: Unable to process the request

Still happening to me. Rode 22 miles today and I am really disappointed that I can't view my workout.

Just got off the phone with Moto and had horrible service. After getting shuffled around a couple times, the last guy I spoke to told me that I needed to delete my cache and, after it continued to say unable to process request, he then told me "well let's wait for about thirty minutes and try again in case they are just doing an update on the website. If it's still not working, then call us back"

Is this guy for real?? he IS motorola! Shouldn't he know if they are doing updates? Why isn't motorola reading this forum? I am really thinking about sending this thing back! I am glad i found out about this problem during the first week of purchasing it. No wonder they had to sell themselves to Google. They need some better customer support!!!!!

Their customer service is atrocious.  I emailed about this a week ago and didn't even get a response from their customer service team.

The left arm doesn't know what the right is doing.  As for the ludicrous idea they might be doing an "update on the website"... haha...

I am a new MotoActv user, and could upload and see all my workouts, without any problem, until my last workout. I can see all the details on the device, and can see it also in the web site, but when I try to see the details gives me this annoying message.
