2014-09-16, 19:39 PM

Has anybody been able to sync the motoactv with the wahoo cadence sensor. I keep getting an error every time a try a fitness test and the motoactv heart rate monitor does not function correctly.

The motoactv was developed when blutooth LE was not supported by android.  I doubt  very much that the motoactv will work with newer btle devices.

The cadence sensor and HRM are both ANT+. Motorola have recommended a factory reset of thr Motoactv. Will try reset over the weekend.

Dear All

Please see feedback below from Motorola:

Thank you for contacting Motorola.

We truly apologise for the inconvience. Unfortunately, we are at a loss for an explanation. It seems that both devices work perfectly when used separately, and or technically compatible. Resetting the device did not help. Repairing devices did not work. The last software update for the MotoActv came out a little over a year and this will be the last available update for this product. So really the only option left is for us to pass your feedback on to our engineering team so they can try and figure out what is causing the issue.

Again our sincere apologies.
