I am extremely unhappy with the razr xt918 d1, and I'm stressed out with the answer of motorola
the unit has a defect (problem), and the Motorola responds that:
"is that so"
dust enters on the handset screen...this is normal?????

Where did they respond to you with that response? You do realize that this is a phone from 2009, right?
