Concerning my Motorola Triumph phone:
I can listen and watch the videos I take on my Triumph phone but if I email the video to my computer or even directly connect the phone to the computer and click on the video file there still is no sound. If I click on a music file there is sound. I take the videos as MPEG4.
Are the sound files connected with the videos in a different location on the phone?
How can I transfer videos with their sound to my computer?
I take guitar lessons and video parts of the lessons but if I can't hear them when trying to play on computer, what's the use? Any help would be appreciated.

I finally figured it out. I right clicked on a video file and then to "properties" and chose my VLC player or Quicktime player and now I get sound and video. Haven't got a clue why Windows Media Player won't do .gp3 files with sound, just video.
