With webtop gone, I've heard that your screen will display on the lapdock, but the experience will not be a good one.
I too am disappointed.

You can postpine an update, I think, but not forever. This has been discussed before in this forum somewhere and I can't remember the correct answer. If you can postpone the update until the phone is out of service, you could keep using it on wifi only with ICS.

This is too bad. Was hoping they would intergrate ics's webtop into jellybean for us.In my opinion this was such a good idea. Anywayway thanks for your answers and have good holidays

Based on the competition in the Smart Phone Market, if Motorola/Google truly decides to toss this Lapdock idea in the trash, it will be an error of epic proportion. They better wake up before it’s too late! Good ideas don’t come along every day and this idea of tethering the phone to a Lapdock terminal is a good one. They just need to continually improve the product line.

I can attest to the Lapdock 100 working with my Jelly Bean upgraded RAZR MAXX. Hopefully this should relieve any fears.

Nice to hear that it still works.  Do you know if WebTop 3.0 is still on your RAZR?

Has anyone upgraded their Droid Razr to Jelly Bean yet?   Does the LapDock 500 still work with the upgrade?

Update to jellybean, yes. Web top version 3.0 installed. Other than jumping cursor works like a charm.
