I was in the store the other day, and my screen went dim and everything froze up, so I removed the battery.  Now my phone won't boot up.  It goes to the screen with the M, but just keeps resetting from there.  I tried to do a factory reset, but that's not working either.  I can get so far, then it just freezes (I do the M, R, and Power, but when the ! and Android guy come up, I hit the @ and nothing happens).  Does anyone have any suggestions of what I can do to try to get this to work?  I am 3 months away from my upgrade, and I would really like to just help this phone limp along until then.  This is my first Sprint phone, so I don't even have an old phone I can switch back to.

I am still having the problem, but I finally gave up on the phone. I bought a new battery, but that didn't help. I think there must be a short somewhere. I finally just ordered a used phone from eBay to get me through until I can upgrade in a couple of months. It was just weird how it just died in the midst of normal use. Thanks though!
