I actually cannot remember if the XPRT ships with an SD card, but there is definitely a slot for it.  Remove the back cover, and you will see a small slot above where your battery says "BP7X."



Are you connecting your device to a computer?  Typically the ringtones location are set up like this: media/audio/ringtones

well, i am TRYING to connect to the computer. when i plug in both ends of the usb port, i get an error message on the computer.



"device driver software was not successfully installed"



what do i do now?

YAY!!! I FIGURED IT OUT!!!



there was no "ringtones" folder when i plugged my phone to the computer, so all i did was create one, and dropped my ringtones in the new folder.



IT WORKED!!!!
