Lenovo Mirage Solo with Daydream (Business Edition) Controller not pairing

Hello, I am in the process of deploying 8 Mirage Solo with Daydream (Business Edition) headsets and I have discovered after testing 3/8 units, the controller will not pair. Therefore, I cannot complete setup. I have charged the controllers and headsets for a sufficient period of time and the controller will still not pair. It gives a message that says to visit a support website. The support website (g.co/daydream/support) gave no help to my issue. I have done a factory reset on the headset, and done a reset of the controller (press both buttons for 3 seconds while plugged in) and that did not help either. I have previously deployed 6 Mirage Solo with Daydream standard edition headsets a few months before this with success. Can anybody offer a solution, or should I contact Lenovo Support?
