I'm trying to contact Lenovo to quote a repair for scratched lenses on the camera. The phones numbers all point to Think and Idea products and servers but no way to speak to someone about the Mirage Camera. HELP!

Possibly quicker is to click on the Contact Us link under Support at the bottom of the Community or on the Support Site and then after entering your serial number you will see the available methods of contact including the phone support list for your product.

I actually tried that yesterday before going to Twtter.
The problem with the phone tree was that it only gave options for Thinkpad, Idea, Servers, Storage etc. There was no obvious choices for Lenovo Smart Mirage Camera. It just took me to a dead end and eventually got me disconnected.
There was also no online chat or email contact information that I could find.

Just got my repaired Lenovo Mirage camera today and I'm thrilled to be back in action. Thank you Lenovo with an exceptional repair and customer service experience. Woo-hoo!

So I sent my Lenovo Camera in for repair. There was no cost, it was covered by warranty. I got it back about 4-5 weeks later. Actually, it seems to be a replacement as the serial number is different. Anyway, I was thrilled. I've BABIED this camera since getting it back. I have a business that creates virtual tours using this camera. I've used it on two occassions since getting it back. And upon reviewing my footage from yesterday it appears that NOW THE LENS IS RESCRATCHED. I'm beyond disappointed. I've used the camera pouch it came with. I even went so far to double pad it with a really fluffy pouch I made over top of that for extra protection and I was looking for a hard case for the long term; I transport it carefully. I've watched this camera like a hawk since getting it back. And now I'm in the same boat I was in to begin with. Purchased not even a year ago. Used it on a single handful of occassions. And now it's useless again. Would be GREAT to give your five year old to play with! I was even an authorized reseller and now I'm removing it from my store. If anyone has a recommendation for a better VR cam, give me a shout.
