Mirage Solo development kits?

Hi,

Please could someone advise us on availability of Lenovo Mirage Solo development kits? We have client applications that we need to port to the device asap.

Many Thanks,

Shaun Allan - Chief XR Officer, hedgehog lab UK

Re: Lenovo Mirage Solo development kits?

Hello ShaunAllan,

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us. As the MirageSolo is powered by daydream, you could use the daydream SDk to port compatible devices. The SDK can be found at this link:

Re: Lenovo Mirage Solo development kits?

Does anyone know if there any way to load our own VR driving application software onto the Solo, or do we have to go through Steam or Google?

Re: Lenovo Mirage Solo development kits?

I have been advised that the process is as follows, I have not tried this yet myself so would be interested to hear if it works:

'Side-loading an app onto the Mirage Solo is an involved process, which includes having to put the device into developer mode, enabling/installing ADB (Android Device Bridge) on the device and on the PC connected and running a command to install an app to the device. So while it is possible, it requires a bunch of steps.'
