Mirage Solo: unable to add payment option

Hi, we have just received our Mirage Solo headset and are trying to set it up. No matter which payment option we click on to add we see the keyboard but nothing else on screen, and if we do 'keyboard down' we just see a back button (which doesn't work). I have tried turning the headset off and on again but see the same every time.

I have this same problem.  I've tried a few things, but, unfortunately, none of them were successful:

  • A Google Play card: Just freezes after I enter the number and proceed.
  • Factory reset: Same issue persists on the next try.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi all,

 

Could someone posta a software version of their device? I was facing this issue on my sample and I was adding payment method on smartphone in order to pass that window, however, that was engineering sample, not a final retail version.

I'm sure you'll find it stuck between the cushions in the Lenovo lunch room couch, where some developer lost it..

 

seriously, how can this be the level of support we get? You should be paying US to beta test this rubbish.
