Mirage Solo: we are unable to pass Google login screen

Hi,

 

We have recently purchased Lenovo Mirage Solo from (Amazon)

unfortunatly they sent us a used one, it is in good condition so we dicided to use it

so we went to did a factory rest from the settings

and now it is asking us to enter one of the owner's account !

it is very funny because we are the owner, we tried both using existing google account

and creating a new account, please help

we have the recipt and chat history with amazon regarding this issue

Could you please try reset the device(second scenario) as it is described in this document - Factory Reset Mirage Solo with Daydream

Sir, thanks for quick respone ,

I have already tried all the possible options for long pressing both power and V+ buttons

and tried follwoing the steps exactly as mentioned but I never manged to reach to the recovery window

I have tried many times

then charged the device and tried again

tried pressing and waiting

when the device shut-down it never come back unless I re-press the power-button

and I have also tried waiting and tried to release the Power-button after the boot while holding the V+ button

but I never reached the recovery window and I never saw the android logo actually

please help

did you buy it from a domestic amazon page, or from an international amazon page? If it is from a domestic amazon page, you can reach out to our product support:

They may be able to walk you through a factory reset in real time.

it happened to me because i registered with a Google Account, then reset the device, then try to register with another Google Account

If this is your case, first login with the previous account, then change it

So you are saying that a factory reset clears the gmail account?

What appened to me was i couldn't set up a new Google Account without first logging in with my previous credentials, even after a factory reset.

I think it may be a security measure in case the device is stolen (?!?)

i have performed factory reset and registered headset on Lenovo web site with my details as owner but still can't get passed google log in screen, what am i doing wrong

I've run reset. I can't get past the google login screen either. 

 

I just keep looping through these screens. 

 

I wonder if I should try to use the "create account" on the login screen.
