Please separate the Mirage Camera posts into their own forum!

2018-07-09, 6:22 AM

The issues and interests that I have as a Mirage Camera owner are largely unrelated to the Mirage Solo. I would prefer not to have to plow thru all of the Mirage Solo posts to find the ones of interest to me.

I agree wholeheartedly (I have the headset and not the camera).

However - it is a merely symptom of a deeper issue: who on earth thought it was a good idea to brand two completely distinct devices with such similar names.

Someone in marketing should probably forfeit their bonus this year. ;-)

I agree, as a camera owner (and not headset) it's extremely confusing. Since both products have the same name, even the lenovo customer support people here get mixed up about which product we're talking about.

The camera issues are totally unrelated to headset issues. who on earth thought this was a good idea? facepalm

I don’t think Lenovo is reading any of the posts in here.

since this post is already 14 days old and they did not even take the 2 minutes to split up the posts into two categories i can only assume the do not care after you purchase the product nor do they read this forum.

in case the do read these posts “ Lenovo do something”

i even tried to get in contact with Lenovo support regarding questions but you can only call ... no email.

since i am traveling i can not call

i got hold of lenovo via. a chat support but it is only for presales after you purchase they kinda don’t care.

they could not help me in any way or answer questions all they did was to keep referring to the phone support which i kept saying i can not do.

so no help there which is kinda scary.

i find it very difficult to use the camera. Share photos in vr 3d i simply can not do.

The app crash alot.

pictures seem very bad even compared to my very cheap samsung 360 camera

no way to edit pictures if you do not own mac or linux (kinda wierd)

the camera seem locked to daydream platform.

i will have to return the camera and will never recommend a lenovo product based on their bad customer service.
