Where did you get support from? I'm very interested. I have an issue that has not been resolved and have yet to reach anyone that actually has any knowledge of the product. Any help would be appreciated!

Sorry I was talking about ota updates help I've gotten on this forum. I unfortunately have not heard great things about their customer service department. Never dealt with it though. Good luck. =(

The Headset and Remote no longer pair together I've tried everything maybe the headset is problematic really have no idea but I'd like to return it for a new or repaired one everytime I call the 800 number I'm told only laptop or server support? Why release a product and not support it?.

You haven't paired it with another Daydream phone have you? if so maybe it's connecting to that phone and that's why? Also are you trying to go through the pairing process each time or are you just pressing the home button(Not long holding).
