The flip piece on my HX600 broke a month after I bought the Bluetooth headset after normal use. Can anyone advise on how to get a new flip piece. This it the part that turns on the headset. Without it the headset is useless. Prior to the flip piece breaking, the device was great. It made clear calls.

The same thing happened to my Boom headset. After 2 months of light use it fell apart. I called Motorola repair and they asked me to send a photo of the headset with the scanned receipt. I sent both a few hours later. Now they are saying they will replace the Boom but they are currently out of stock with bluetooth headsets. They won't give me an estimated time for the replacement to arrive. I find it extremely hard to believe. You may want to start the return process in case they get more of their product. Perhaps someone else in the forum can comment on the out of stock status.
