My motorolae5play not working

Ever since the cga test showed up in my apps my phone wont work properly. I have no phone i tried hard reseting it. Ive disabled the cga app

We want to look into this further. Can you tell us more details how the apps won't work properly? What is the CGA test? Try testing the phone in safe mode and check if the same thing would happen.
