You can use Recovery mode,


Or dial the Shortcode but make sure you have backup all your Data ai it will wipe the phone,


*2767*3855#  will Format device to factory reset (will delete everything on phone)


I have not used the short code.I prefer to use Recovery mode.

Thanks for posting. To reset the phone go to Settings > System > Reset > Factory Data Reset. Please note that by doing this step, it will wipe out all of your files, apps and data. If you have important files kindly back them up so you won't lose any of it.
