Sorry for the delayed response. We checked this and we confirmed that your phone is part of the relocked device. Motorola has taken steps, on behalf of our carrier partners, to manage subsidy-locked phones. We have relocked phones that were unlocked without the carrier’s authorization.

Thank you for your support. Is there any chance that I could activate my moto again in the nearest future or I should dispose it? What would it take to get it back on track? I can't contact Verizon's call center through a phone call.
