This is an intended design called ascending ringtone. I'm afraid it can't be disabled. It should only ascend for the first few seconds of a 30-second ringtone. One option is to enable vibrate on ring. That should notify you immediately.

ok. Is this anti-feature part of android, or the phone itself? 

 

If this is not able to be controlled, the phone is unusable for me.

I'm trying to determine if this means I stop using motorola, or stop using android.

My Moto e5 plus mobile volume was too low ,ringtone and media sound system was very low  how I can resolve the problem
