Hi Rich. Welll, a couple things. I have Android e5plus. I. Was told in one of the 50 emials in May that my screen would be covered I would need to pay 150 and 24 down?? Also, what do warranties cover anyways if not water and screen damage bc I m sure 98 percent of the world's cell phone issues are just that, cracked screens and water damage. I unfortunately have a couple other things wrong with this phone like I have never been able to open Storage in settings. Just spins n spins, just like your website when I try to request a repair. Just horrible. I have missed the "warranty deadline " bc the csr at Motorola wanna play email tag. Smh
