could provide some information as to what would normally be included with the E6s.   The phone i've receivvied was a replacement from my provider and all they sent me was a phone and a charger (which I'm not sure is a genuine motorola one or not.If you could provide some info that would be great.

hello everyone i am new to this forum and i have a motorola e6i, i have a question ... why is it not possible to download updates with the mobile network? it is from today that I have this device, the notification for the update appears to me but if I do not connect to a wifi it does not make me update because I cannot download it with the metered data? COULD YOU HELP ME TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM?

Hi,

 

Many software updates are large and most carriers prefer that updates are forced to WiFi download only. That being said, if you don’t have WiFi available, you can use another phone to set up a wifi hotspot and use that WiFi connection on your phone or you can utilize a local public wifi location (covid restrictions allowing) to get the update as well.
