2018-02-25, 4:25 AM

Hi I'm currently stuck on 6.0.1, stock rom, retgb software channel, 1st Feb 2017 Security patch (on o2) but would like to receive the nougat update, is it possible to get this update pushed through?

Forgot to say the model is a xt1604

Thanks

Hi lolejo,

Thanks for reaching us out.

Please update your profile with current phone, carrier and serial number -- this will help me investigate. Please make sure that the options under Settings > Motorola Privacy are on as well, and let me know (just reply here) if it's okay for me to look at your apps to see if they are a source of problems.

Hi Tim, could you help me too? I have the same problem, I'm stuck at 6.0.1 with September security update.

I have Motorola Privacy on, my serial number is in my profile.

Other details: Moto G4 Play, XT1601, software channel RETLA.

You can look at my apps too.

Thanks!

I am having the same problem.  My Moto G4 Play is stuck on Android version 6.0.1, and the system update screen says "Your device's sofware is up to date."

My carrier is AT&T.  Software channel is "retus".

I've  still not received any update or any notification about why the update isn't being pushed through to my phone.
