Hi nkkodali,

Sorry to hear that. Did you check the battery level? Does it happen even when the phone is plugged in with its stock charger?

Hi nkkodali,

As what was mentioned above, does it happen even the phone is plugged in a wall charger?

You can try calibrating your battery.

Here`s how:

1. Press and hold the power button until the phone reboots.
2. Plug into the supplied charger.
3. Allow the phone to charge to 100%
4. Leave on the charger for at least an additional hour.

Hi,

i dont use the phone when i kept for charging, so i can not say whether it is happening or not,

As suggested, i will try calibrating today, adn monitor for couple of days and revert. but i would like to know what is the issue behind this, i have seen few similar posts raised by other as well.

Hi,

Recalibrating did not work. for a try i am using samsung charger instead of Moto one. However, i have tried using samsung charger from past 2-3 days, and i have not faced any issue so far. the only problem is it taking more time to get fully charged.

Now i am really confused what could be issue? and i doubt it is the battery.

please adivse what is the way forward?

Regards

Hi nkkodali,

We recommend using the stock charger that came with the phone in charging. You can try a clear cache partition on your device and observe.
