Hi jacopete,

Thank you for posting. What was the Android version before you did a Factory Data Reset? Please update your profile with your current phone, carrier and serial number -- this will help me investigate.

Hi,

I have updated my details already in my profile. You should see my IMEI number already in there.

Let me know if you still need more info.

Hi jacopete,

We checked your IMEI that you are still on the latest software update. The phone will you notify once the software update for Android 8 Oreo is ready.

Re: After factory reset I am not able to update my android version

Anyidea when wil get that update for my phone. Atm, my phone is working weird, because its on Adroid7 old patch. All the latest patches are gone and its working very slow.

Is there a way to expedite my IMEI number to have the Oreo update ?

Re: After factory reset I am not able to update my android version

Hi jacopete,

We cannot expedite a software update since it can't be released until it's fully tested. And we test to make sure there are no significant errors. So if there are serious errors, the timing would have to move so that they can be addressed. Plus, there may be delays from partners or carriers that also need to conduct tests, and we don't have control over that.
