One of moto empoloyee has contacted me today to just inform that visit service center once and provide jobsheet to us. Unfortunatelly i am unable to visit becouse service center is far away to me So i am reqwesting to all if any one living near by service center then please visit and submit the jobsheet on Forums As moto xpert needs to check the device FOR investigation.......

Today I was contacted by Motorola. They asked my problem and after all that he told me to do a factory reset. It's what Motorola has to offer as a solution after 10 pages post? A factory reset. I personally have not tried it to be fair but so many users have already reported that the problem still persists even after doing factory reset. Shame Motorola.

I have done that but not fix the issue. Motorola guy asked me to try factory reset. But that did not solve the issue. Please give a proper fix.
See Motorola, provide a complete solution. Stop giving silly suggestions. It's a make or break situation. If you break it, your company is going to have a very dark future.

Well I was also contacted by Motorola employ and they did tell me to factory reset but it is still not working properly, now I will go to service centre and try maybe they have solution to this problem.

I too just started to have the same issue after playing a game for while. When I used the screen burn app, it went away, but after being on facebook for 15 minutes, which I have done plenty of times in the past, there was some screen burn again. Hope this issue can be resolved!
