I believe the same too, I very much think it is most probably a hardware problem. I usually press hard on the whole top of the screen hoping it would remedy the problem (sometimes it works, not immediately though). I also came to know that a lot of other users are facing same issue. If it is indeed a genuine problem with Motorola itself, then Motorola should accept this, take responsibility and apologize(for its own sake) for providing faulty devices to customers. They should provide a permanent fix free of cost or some sort of compensation. Otherwise, people will loose trust, I already am.
