Re: Fear that Moto g4 hacked / corrupted from bad wifi

OK, thanks.

With regards to connecting to my laptop, I uninstalled Motorola device manager and just tried plugging in the phone straight into the laptop. It worked and I could transfer music to the phone. HOWEVER, I am now getting the same error message about not reognising the device? What's going on?

No, still not working - still telling me that the device malfunctioned and windows does not recognise it.

Is there any way for me to get the music on my laptop onto my moto g4 without a usb cable?
