If users can pull it, then it is completely public. If some can't pull it, then it could be rolling out in waves. My guess it is only the india region, but I haven't heard anything yet to confirm this.

yea, apparently it's only the Indian version, an Italian guy with reteu didnt receive it yet

both of them, g4 and g4+

Confirmed. India only at this time. Rolling out in waves. Will take a few days. 

No dates on anything else.

what about 2g mode.....???? only 3g mode and 4g mode will sure drain the battery as fast as possible.......worst update.....

I got the 7.0 update close to 12 am today that stated the build as NPJ25.93-11. I have finished updating to Nougat.
