Warranty: Replacement policy

Why do I need to submit my phone if my charger is not working and is under warranty. Plus the service center even told me my phone would be formatted. I don't get the logic behind this. Very bad policy

The service center wants to be sure it is the charger and not the phone. That is their policy.  You could try a different service center.

Yep, the service centre doesn't know if it's the charger or the USB charging port on your phone or even the charging circuitry. If you can supply both your phone and your charger then they can help troubleshoot and replace the affected parts. Inconvenient, yes - but if that's their policy and it reduces the time they and you spend on the problem, not much you can do, apart from Alpha's suggestion to go to another service centre.

I bought my motog4 on 19th october 2016 and it's burned on 13 feb 2017 is it replaced or not please tell.

I am facing a lot of issues - heating and display and I gave my phone twice to a service centre. It was not at all beneficial and very poor service, so I request you to replace it.
