Is it possible to see the devices connected to my wifi hotspot on moto g4 play?
We can't see the devices connected Anurag, we advise you to put password on your hotspot so that you'll know who is connected once you provide the password.

Is this specific to moto G phones?
Because on other android phones we can see atleast the number of connected devices.
Some phones do show this, others do not. My Samsung Note 5 does display the MAC addresses of connected devices. My Moto G4 does not. However, only those to whom you have given the password can connect anyway.

Its not a solution,it is solacer only.please fix this problem as soon as possible.
Worst device software, worst services, worst os upgrades(releasing in same time and being member of same family,g4 plus will get oreo update, but g4 play wouldn't get it,coward lenovo owned moto, nougat is not came till now).
Worst smartphone manufacturer I have seen ever.
Hats off lenovo owned moto.

Solved? really? "We can't see the devices connected" it's not a solution!
Very bad moto team or lenovo!!!
I don't know why they forgot about this. From 2016 until now, 2019 they did not found sufficient time to add this must have function. It's not so complicated, just to show a list of connected devices! OMG! A good programmer will solve this in a couple of hours. Lenovo corporation is not able (or not interested) to do it.
Well, my next phone will not be lenovo nor moto, thanks!
