Bought a new moto g6 play on new years day 2019 from Argos store, and am experiencing ththe above problem. Took back to store but they said i need a refernce number from motorola so they can take it back. I would appreciate some advice on this please.

Thank you for reaching out. You can use your receipt that was given upon purchasing the device so you may return it to the place where you purchase it. We can try to do some troubleshooting steps to fix your phone. Can you give me more details on what is happening with it? And, what are the steps that you have done so far?
