FYI:  My phone, that has notified me that a Software Update is availiable, was purchased on Amazon (without Amazon Advertising), and the SIM was installed at a corporate Verizon store.

just an fyi, my 2 phones are not amazon phones. i am installing update now on both phones. i will do some testing and let you know the outcome.

I'm on Verizon - no update is available. It says my phone is up to date.

 

Edited to add: I have the Amazon Prime phone (with offers). Please let us Prime members know when a fix is available.

Did you purchase your device from Amazon? If so, the update isn't available for Amazon Prime devices yet.
