Yes I chose my words/statistics pooly.  The first two days I made about 20 calls mostly to test the fix, then I recieve about 2 calls a day and make about 1 outgoing.  So I'm probably approaching 50 calls total.

I'm now at 200+ hours and call quality is great (except for that one slightly choppy call).  

I am now really happy with this phone, and as mentioned before, the voice quality w/VoLTE is way better than the CDMA or whatever crap we were using previously.

Is the enhanced calling setting supposed to be showing on the unlocked version?  My Verizon SIM came from my Turbo 2.  Just wondering what the driver is.

I was talking fine yesterday..driving around ..town  with   Moto.. I have Verizon prepaid.. but now today in my bedroom from in my house my voice is so garbly no one could understand me!!! .I tried multiple times ..with same results ..bad voice garbly no one can hear me ..!  I shuddered at the idea of bringing phone back to Best Buy as I had just brought another phone ..a Moto G Verizon prepaid Phone back (as the gps & Bluetooth didn't work on it ) ..Anyway I just discovered on my own to shut off the LTE Via switch in settings  .I have a feeling the Verizon  signal is weaker here at my house .& LTE on phone  searches for LTE signal from another tower ..making voice garbally...

I had garbled voice   no one could understand me in primarily in my house location  - I tried switching enhanced LTE switch OFF & that seemed to help ..phone calls we're now clear

So far the LTE fix is working fine for me on Verizon PrePaid. I've not had a bad call yet.

No update on my phone either, also noticed the VoLTE option is gone from my phone's cellular network setting.

 

Checked with Verizon, the Enhanced (HD) Voice Calling feature is on, not sure why VoLTE option is gone from my phone's setting, anyone has the same problem? Thanks!

I just returned from travel in Pennsylvania, upstate New York and Connecticut. Same terrible call quality mentioned here. I had to use WhatsApp if I wanted to understand anyone. I've had the phone for about a month. No problems back home in Seattle or on an earlier business trip to LA. Weird?!
