I also went ahead and did the update. I figured at this point why not. I have only made a few short calls so far with enhanced LTE turned on, and so far so good, but definitely have not made enough calls yet to feel confident to say all is well.

FYI, if anyone else chooses to take this update, I had a brief panic moment when the phone started up after the update, because the enhanced LTE option was not showing up anymore in settings. But, I was probably moving too fast because I had not yet recieved the "update was successful" pop up message at that point. I got that message shortly after, then I rebooted, and the setting was available again.

I can confirm that the update is working fine but I haven't made any calls yet.

My problem was the Enable LTE calling had disappeared from my phone but after the Update I found it immediately which is a good sign for me. I will test call quality and update later.

Can anyone from Lenovo comment if the RETUS update (NPN25.137-83) released today has the fix for Verizon VoLTE issue.

Kind of surprised (pleasently of course) it will install over 35-5.
Wonder about 43-5?

Anyone with 43-5 get it yet?
I'll check my wife's phone tonight.

I installed the update this morning as well. I enabled LTE, and so far have recieved one call, and it was crystal clear. Only time will tell. Hopefully this is the fix we were waiting for. BTW, I am on verizon from Amazon 'with offers'.

I also had some other problems with the phone like rebooting and laggy which needed contant cache clears, so hopefully this fixes those as well.

I had the 43-5 update and got the new one this morning. Don't know if calls are clear yet, haven't made or received any calls yet. Just took my sim out of my pure edition and installed it. I took the update over WiFi only with no sim installed.

I got the update last night. Have made several calls today with enchanced LTE turned on. All of the calls have been very short (a minute or 2 each) but so far so good. Calls very clear. Fingers crossed!

Hello everyone, I apologize for the long delays. I'm happy to say that yesterday we made the update to NPN25.137-83 available for most RETUS and US Amazon Prime devices. This should have improvements for the choppy audio. For those on Verizon that still have not gotten the update, I'm working on it. It's a day by day process that I'm checking with engineers a few times a day on it.
