I would first verify that you don't have any system updates available. Go to settings>> about phone>> system updates to check.

 

Then take a look at the "how do I get hd voice" question in these faqs I'm linking below. Or might be easier to just call Verizon and ask them to confirm if it is enabled for your phone line.

I've installed all my updates, and I'm not a verizon customer. I'm from India and I have my HD voice enabled in my phone, still when I speak the other person on the call cannot hear me.. Please help.

Oh...you are not in the right place then. This thread was about an issue specific to Verizon. Contact Motorola/Lenovo support directly.

Why are you giving us the runarorund?

The phone has a issue with low volume stuck.Give us concrete answers or say we don't have a fix.Im sick and tired of this run-around .
