I have a Moto G5, and have recently purchased a DOPHIGO (Dv200) doorbell. My problem is when the bell button is activated the App will not open allowing me to see "Live Stream".
If the interface on the phone is open, the doorbell App opens and works as it should. I have checked all the permissions on the DOPHIGO App and they are set correctly
When the app does not opencorrectly I receive a white marker (spot) on the screen of my phone followed by a message telling me my doorbell is ringing
