Sorry to learn about this, may I know how did you test your device? Did you test under Moto Display > Hardware test > Speaker? If not, please test and let us know how it goes?
If yes, and still fails --then the next logical option would be to have your device sent for service/repair for further assistance as it could be a hardware issue.
