Hi @KAUSHIK29 ,

 

Sorry, I don't have new updates at this time, but I would like to see if you can find Enhanced 4G while the phone is in Safe Mode. 

 

What is Safe mode?

Safe mode starts your phone with only the original software and apps. 

 

To reboot in Safe mode:

1.Press & hold the Power button.
2.Touch & hold Power off.
3.Touch OK to restart in Safe mode.

4. When it restarts, you'll see Safe mode across the bottom of the home screen and widgets will be disabled.

• To exit safe mode, restart your phone.

 

Please also check the Phone app > 3 dots > Settings for Enhanced 4G.
