Moto G5 speaker not working

My Moto G5 speaker stopped working today. I have run the diagnostic which showed the speaker as "red". When you go to "repair" all you see is the back up cloud sogn. I can be heard when I make calls but cannot hear anyone. With the volume turned up, there is no sound on ringtone or message. I have done a factory reset. HELP!

Thanks for reaching out to us. We are ready to assist here. A failed hardware test in the Device Help app generally indicates a faulty part. Since you mentioned that this persisted even after doing a factory data reset, I would recommend sending the phone in for repair. Please submit your devices to the repair center and do not hesitate to contact us or the Customer Support, in case, you come across any problems during the repair: https://support.motorola.com/uk/en/contactus.
