@Akshat 27,

Are you using a phone case? If so, please try removing it.

Hi Akshat 27,

I will try my best to help you with this. I haven't seen this before, can you please update your profile with the current phone, carrier and serial number -- this will help me investigate. Please make sure that the options under Settings > System > Motorola Privacy are on as well, and let me know (just reply here) if it's okay for me to look at your apps/software to see if they are a source of problems.

See here for the instruction. Thanks.

Best regards,
Rich

Hi,

I have updated my profile

This is NOT a problem.

When you type the code removed

A option for nfc setting in testing appears for supported device.

Sorry for the dark image

Edit: Remove hidden code - Site Rules - Rich

Hi Akshat 27,

If you're seeing that by accessing hidden menus, we recommend not selecting any. This is not intended for user selection or setting. Are you experience an actual issue with NFC?

Could be an issue with certain tags or your tag reading software - try another NFC app?

Hi Akshat 27,

Thanks for confirming. The NFC antenna of G5 Plus is located at the top part of the camera. Make sure your phone is aligned correctly.
