New 5G Plus -- No Enhanced LTE showing on Phone (Verizon)

I see other posts here from Verizon G5+ users who have Enhanced LTE, but the option is not showing up under my settings for CELLULAR NETWORKS.   (It's a brand new ulocked phone from B&H with a fresh sim card from the verizon store.)

 

It's Android 7.0... is the setting hiding somewhere else? Or is something wrong with my phone?

 

I want to use HD Voice...

I have no way of knowing... the guy in the Verizon store who activated the sim cards did not inspire much confidence.    What do I need to ask them to do?

That is false, prepaid and postpaid both support"HD Voice" which is Verizon's version of advanced LTE

That wasnt always the case. At one time prepaid didnt get hd voice.
