What a company you are?? Please have some shame you are launching moto g6plus and its having a outdated specifications and sorry to say but you are no longer in the indian market. I have g5 plus and bought for 17k because of your quick update. it was having a good camera but i'm thanking you for a great update that makes my camera worst. now you're senior said that we are rolling out Oreo update where is the update??

And with this joke you're lossing you're trust.

Learn from poco and one plus they having the best in class performance and where is your phones standing good for nothing I'm selling it and going to one plus and i suggest ever one think twice while you buy moto phones they just launching there phone for no reason and extending there line up.

I have submitted the request to moderator. Let's see if he is biased or not.

Dear Sir, I'm from Pune, India and I've Moto G5 Plus. But I'm not getting Oreo update since 4 days. Your phones are really very good and nice. I love it. Please release Oreo update ASAP in India. Please change the update policy. Please tell Lenovo to change their update policy. Please change this statement also: "Only one major update for Moto G series" because we want security. And you are giving Pie update to Moto G 1st Gen models. Please change update policy and give Pie update for all Moto G series also. Thanks and Regards, Amey Mehta

I just downloaded Oreo Soak test update. If somebody is interested, he/she can follow the given steps in the description

Please don't post links on how to side load - see forum rulese here

https://forums.lenovo.com/t5/Forum-Feedback/Moto-Owners-Forum-Site-Rules/td-p/3269704

If you sideload you run the risk of not getting any future updates. The update server has no record you updated and will not push anything new. If you sideload a build that has prerequisites, you may wind up bypassing system checks and brick your phone.

This has been mentioned many times. Previous generation G users that tried this got stuck on some unstable builds and some bricked their phones. Service centers will not fix under warranty if you sideload.

The Update Server may have records of how many people have got Oreo. Can Motorola confirm the oreo release by checking the Update Server.

Come on Motorola ?
