I had thet same problem,figured it out ,you also try thist go to settings ....then to apps and notification..... then to settings.... There go to storage and clear the cache

Did anyone find a fix for this? It's so annoying and time consuming having to go into each app to clear the cache! Come on Motorola/Lenovo, get it together and fix this!

It is too bad that Lenovo seems to have lost interest in this technical failure. I am experiencing the same problem without an SD card installed. Cache clearing and other suggested steps do not stop the constant "loading" screen in the Storage settings.
I know that Lenovo wants to sell the new units, but I cannot imagine buying one, if they don't take malfunctions seriously enough to stick with a problem until resolved. I did not know that my problem was known to Lenovo until finding this forum entry today. To see that the company has been aware for so long is so very disappointing.
