Hi Akshat 27,

I will be glad to help you with this. Have you tried rebooting or restarting the phone? It would optimized the phone, free up cache, and refresh the phone. It is normal that the phone will experience some lags after heavy use but should be fixed by a simple restart. May I know what activities were you doing?

Best regards,
Rich

Thank you for looking into this.

I have reset the phone a couple of times,( from recovery and settings both )

It didnt help.

I bought this phone in 2017, till mid 2019, it was under nominal usage, after that I created 2 admin users on the phone which obviously increased the burden on it.

Last month I reset it since I got a new phone and now it has 1 user, and with low usage....

I use I have only few installed apps like WhatsApp, snapchat, mi fit, etc...

And Call of Duty Mobile

And the phone is out of warranty and another point, from today morning it's not charging, it's showing charging but battery is decreasing....

I used mi charger and when that didn't work I used lenovo charger, I don't have the original charger, the closest one is a charger with my lenovo phone

Hi Akshat 27,

Thanks for confirming. It sounds like a hardware failure. First, make sure the charging port doesn't have dirt or lint. Also, make sure you've tried doing factory data rest without restore. Backup important files first, but we recommend not restoring them. See if that helps. Otherwise, I would recommend submitting your device to service.

Hi Akshat 27,

That's odd. Are you trying to perform Rescue function? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Lenovo and Smart assistant app on your PC?

Hi Akshat 27,

We would like you to delete the existing firmware that was previously downloaded and download a new copy just to rule out a corrupt file that could be causing the failure:

1. Close LMSA
2. Open the directory: C:\ProgramData\LMSA\Download\RomFiles
3. Delete any folder that is in the directory, which will be the firmware files for the device
4. Be sure to empty the Windows trash if low on hard drive space, as this deleted file is large
5. Open LMSA again and connect the device in fastboot mode to the usb cable
6. Start the process again to select the Moto device and start a new download of the firmware
7. Once the firmware is downloaded, start the Rescue process to see if the same failure is seen.

Can you please let me know what the results are?

Best regards,
Rich

The actual problem is that I am not able to login in to my account on lmsa and thus cannot perform any action.

I am unable to use lenovo id and I don't have any account for "legacy login"

I have re installed it a couple of tume but no help.

Hi Akshat 27,

Have you tried checking the first 4 steps I provided? Also, I'd like to confirm, are you only getting white screen when you log in? Try turning off firewall or antivirus on your PC and see if that helps. Thanks.
