Slow Motion - Saving slow motion window selection

2020-02-04, 21:21 PM

I find it hard to believe that I am the only one frustrated with this.

After successfully recording a dozen or so slow-motion videos. I went to play them back. Invariably the phone has chosen the wrong slow-motion window. It is easy and straight forward to move the start/stop points of when you want slow motion. The video they plays back as it should. Is there no way to save the window position settings? When I leave the video and return the playback returns to the WRONG phone chosen start/stop points. I found this article. https://support.motorola.com/us/en/documents/MS127640/

It does not help. I made changes to the start/stop points, stabilized the video and save a copy. That video is 100% slow motion from the start to finish. What am I doing wrong? How can I share/save a slow motion video with the proper stop/start points?

Hi sixpack768,

Thanks for posting! I apologize for the confusion with the FAQ. With these steps, the entire video will be saved in Slow Motion. The adjustment of the sliders is only for local playback and not for saving the video and sharing it. I know it's a bit confusing and we will get our FAQ updated ASAP.

Regards,

Suman
