Start Up Failed Moto G5 Plus

Need help. My phone just freeze and restart in a black window.

 

"Start Up Failed:

Your device did´t start up successfully.

User the Software Repair Assistant on computer to repair your device."

 

Where I can find this software?

Hi BtoLinan,

 

Where did you buy the phone? I'm afraid the Software Upgrade Assistant (SUA) will only work for Verizon devices. For all others, the device should go through repair/service.

I buy it in best buy. I found the program and it did not work for me.

failed verification Moto g5

moto g5. build NPP25.137-15. Android 7. Android Security Patch Level 1st Jan 2017.

 

Recently - on normal power up after a routine power off - my phone has started to report "your device has failed verification and may not work properly". To learn more visit motorola.com/unlock bootloader.  ID: n/a .Your device will boot in 5 seconds.

 

On contiuing power up the phone boots up in the normal way, and, contrary to message appears to work in a normal and acceptable way.

 

A visit to the quoted web link does not reveal much!

 

Any advice anyone? Is this a real problem? How can it be fixed?

 

Despite the phone appearing to fully work as expected you can appreciate it's disconcerting to be told your phone has failed verification!

Motorola Verification Failed

I had purchased a Motorola G5 plus from the authorised retailer in India, Flipkart, that is running Android nougat 7.0 November 2017 Security Update, and upon booting it shows a warning sign with a red triangle that says:

Your device has Failed verification and may not work properly. For more information visit motorola.com/unlockbootloader

ID:N/A

 

The device still received updates, but true to it's word, the phone does not work properly with apps crashing constantly. I would like to know how to resolve this issue as I have not attempted to root or unlock the bootloader. 

Will I be able to solve this issue at home?

One way audio in moto g5 plus

Hi ,

Could into find the right post for my issue hence writing it over here..Sorry about this.

Just got the moto g5 plus, after switched on and system update compeleted...i am having one way voice. The other party is not able to hear me.

Could you please provide the solution..Thanks
