Startup failed, Moto g5 plus, Not able to see recovery mode.

Hi,

My phone recently stopped working.

Upon holding power and vol button, starts with below screen.

 

Note:

OEM is locked, no flash has done before, had official ROM (Last OTA update- Android 8)

1) Rescue and smart assistant is not able to detect phone.

2) Recovery mode is not showing

3) As per barcode screen (Find image below)

IMEI/MEID is 0000000000000000000

SKU is 0000000000000

Date is 1-1-1970

 

Question:

1) Is there any hardware issue.

2) Any idea how to get it back without loosing data.

I am also facing the same issue. I hope there is a way to recover the data.

 

None of the service contact centers in Mumbai are answering the calls.

Hello,

 

This is likely a hardware failure, to be honest. However, can you try flashing the phone using the Rescue and Smart Assistant. Here's the link. See if that helps. Otherwise, the phone needs to be serviced.
