Unable to register my Moto G5s

Hello Moto,

 

I have two problems with my Moto G5s (XT1794 reteu channel).

 

1. When I like to register my phone on https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/registration/action/forums# none of the two imei or serial number will work. I got this message every time: "Unable to retrieve device information. Please confirm your IMEI/MEID or serial number and try again." Could you please help?

 

2. There is still no update to oreo on my phone: the security patch is from 6/2018.

wondering why, but problem number 1 ist now solved! I could register on the german site.
