Oh Tommyboy, you better don't make us full.

I tested it just a sec ago. After I press the button, the webpage reloads/refreshes and nothing happens.

You giys at Moto can't ecen test your products and services.

Oh, and I beg you not to Post the response unless you are 100% sure.

Taking about My Stuff, about 6 months ago I heard tth same from Moto Support. Again Tommyboy, you at Moto don't even have a single answer to your clients.

Shame on you!

I tested the IMEI based on the SN in your profile and you're correct, your's is not working. I will escalate it on my end and will let you know as soon at it's fixed.

The problem is databases seem to know almost nothing about my device. E.g. no "apc_code", "bt_id", "carton_id" etc.

Look at the comparison of MotoG2 and MotoG5 below.

Tested under:

  1. Desktop: Chrome, Safari, Firefox
  2. Mobile: Chrome, Chrome WebView.

But the problem lies on a database information instead.

It's stopped working again! This time an incorrect IMEI number results in a device not found error, that's good, but a correct IMEI results in the page reloading but the new device not showing up.

Is there any kind of limit, like 2! for the number of devices that can be registered on My Stuff?

There's bo such limit.

This is a well known issue. This happens to me too.

And that's not a Browser issue, it's Moto services/backend problem

No there isn't any limit. I have over a dozen on mine. However, let me reach out to the team again to find out what's going on. If you don't mind, PM me the IMEI/Model of the unit you're trying to register.

I'd like to get some more information regarding your device. I will send you a PM.
