Mostly we've focused on software testing, but we do sometimes do other kinds of research. But we're not a "suggestion box" for providing ideas. 

 

I do encourage you to post any ideas you have on the forums. We read the comments and share relevant feedback with the internal teams.

I would love to participate however when I try to add my phone to "my stuff" it does not register the Moto G5 Plus?  Known issue?

After playing around with the mapping, I figured it out by stumbling across the page in the Motorola site and not the Lenovo site. Hope this helps. Lenovo doesn't even recognize Moto G5 Plus on its site, but has options for all Moto brands.

I did the same and added my device 3 times, each time it stated it was sucessfully added but when I check it's not there?

Same here. I am able to enter my info but it doesn't show up. It's not the end of the world but it'd be nice to have this registered at the very least

Can European (EU Retail) device be registered? Where - because the links here won't ultimately work (IME / serial not recognized)? I've spent an hour for making it work - nope, no success and I am not technically challenged.

If can not be registered - would not it be appropriate to inform users about it?
